What was the highlight of Hotel Jollas89
Hotel is run by a couple, doing their best to make your stay comfortable and welcoming.
Was greeted on arrival with a welcoming smile. Facilities explained by reception staff, who then offered to take my bags to my room as there was no lift, but only 2 floors the absence of a lift was not a problem. Room was clean and airy, continental breakfast was served on the lower ground floor. The owners were exceptional, they made me feel very welcome and very obliging, that I felt safe staying at their hotel having travelled alone.
The hotel is situated in a quiet but lovely residential area, so when returning back from city centre, I was lost as to what to do, but that was short-lived, by the company of the owners and other guests. The taxi fare to city centre was approx €42, but for approx €4 euros, you can take the bus which stops outside hotel, and take the metro into centre within 30 minutes
